Leroy Nitti, my brother, my friend and my business partner for 30 years. He was the best meat man in the city of Chicago, he was called the artist of the meat department. His meat counter looked masterful, as though an artist had painted it.

My Grandfather grew the biggest olives in Italy. He died at the age of 93 under one of his olive trees.

This is the last olive tree of my Grandfather's, still growing in Bari, Italy.
